Job Summary
A pharmaceutical services company is filling a position for a Remote IT PMO Training Manage.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting manage and lead a team of IT PMO Trainers and Technical Writers
- Identifying and addressing gaps in training based on empirical evidence of incorrect software usage
- Researching and implementing best training practices for onsite and remote workers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to understand complex IT systems/workflows and create documentation that can be used by a variety of audiences
- Familiar with industry-recognized training material creation and delivery tools
- Must be customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
