Job Summary
A pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Remote IT PMO Training Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit manage and lead a team of IT PMO Trainers and Technical Writers
- Identify and address gaps in training based on empirical evidence of incorrect software usage
- Research and implement best training practices for onsite and remote workers.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to understand complex IT systems/workflows and create documentation that can be used by a variety of audiences
- Familiar with industry-recognized training material creation and delivery tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledgeable of Waterfall and Scrum frameworks and methodologies
