Job Summary
A software and professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Practice Manager in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a Professional Services team focused on delivering Data Analytics services
- Ensure that the team has the training and support that they need
- Collaborate with peers in the PMO for resource planning and allocations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating into a service deliverable
- Leadership skills managing a team of professionals delivering professional services
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate high-performing and diverse teams
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a management position leading Professional Services co-located teams
