Job Summary
A company providing online dashboard solutions is in need of a Remote IT Product Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing departmental operations to insure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources
- Directing departmental planning and policy-making efforts
- Hiring, supervising, training, assisting and evaluating supervisors and managers of database and application developers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field required
- 5+ years of experience in the IT field
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- An unquestionable work ethic and the ability to accomplish established goals
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new technology, strategies and procedures
