Job Summary
A baby journal company is filling a position for a Remote IT Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Translating high level business objectives into actionable product specs
- Improving systems for soliciting customer feedback, analyzing it, and acting upon it
- Building team consensus on product roadmap by sharing insights and data across the whole team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Understand how software is built, having had experiences working on multiple products, 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or similarly-titled role
- Demonstrate that you’ve got great project coordination skills, having delivered projects on time, building consensus and justifying any concessions you’ve made along the way
- Framework for decision making when it comes to prioritizing one feature over another
- Adept at writing clear and efficient project specs, breaking up epics logically
- Have worked in remote/distributed teams before and are adept at Slack, video conferencing, screensharing etc.
- Able to easily wireframe up ideas and walk team members through the conceptual flow
