- Implementing process improvements in a specific area of ITIL Service Delivery
- Driving the automation of routine tasks such as Patching, Alerting etc
- Helping to implement customer focused processes and reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors: Computer and Information Science
- 6+ years related experience
- 3-4+ years of designing, building and maintaining infrastructure or application services in IT
- Strong understand of Cloud and SaaS technologies
