Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Production Operations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies
- Resolves problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Lead Operations Specialist
- Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor or Associates degree
- Courses in Computer Science, Information Security, Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations
- Familiarity with desktop, server, and ID management
