Job Summary
An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Program Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Fusing best practices related to IT and data governance and documentation change control
- Building relationships with multiple stakeholders to diligently identify documentation processes
- Using business and functional analytic experience to embed deeply into areas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
- 10 years’ related experience
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Must have experience and deep knowledge of business, functional and technical areas/disciplines
- Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise
- Solid business process engineering and reengineering experience
