A boutique dev shop is in need of a Remote IT Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all things pertinent to the successful implementation of a major government initiative
- Working on financial oversight, personnel management, delivery timelines, etc
- Ensuring the delivery, scope and quality of the entire program is on schedule
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience staffing, growing and leading successful and driven teams
- Client facing experience
- Ability organize and bring together technology, people, venders, management, etc
- Ability to implement both short and long term strategic initiatives to meet, maintain and exceed goals
- Extensive finance expertise, experience with large-budget oversight
- Ability to interface, understand, and oversee technical teams and projects
