Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote IT Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Plan, monitor and control the stages of projects
• Act as a role model for project management professionalism, critical thinking, and setting productivity pace
• Plan the realization of business benefit so that the success of each project can be measured

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree required, or relevant professional qualification/acceptable industry experience
• Understanding of and experience with Agile, Scaled Agile and the overall Product Development Lifecycle
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player and able to effectively collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to translate into tangible action plans
• Able to create a variety of documents, process maps, dashboards, and presentations
