Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote IT Program Manager in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the overall approach for the program
- Support and coach project managers within the program
- Develop and control the program budget, review program budget variance and scope change requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
- Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change
- 7+ years of experience in IT business/Public Safety
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree desirable, or more than 5 years of related experience in a related area
- 5 + years in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs
