Job Summary
An IT advisory firm has a current position open for a IT Project Manager in St Louis.
Must be able to:
- Report on Monthly KPIs to Project Services team leads
- Create & maintain up-to-date project information & provide reporting to internal team members (risks, issues, resources, schedules, etc)
- Report on weekly KPIs to Leadership Team
Position Requirements Include:
- Working knowledge of, and/or experience with general computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of, and/or experience with Helpdesk / call center operations, KPIs, and processes
- Working knowledge of, and/or experience with People leadership, schedule management, and performance management
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided
