Job Summary

A nationwide care platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Quality Assurance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping support, troubleshooting problems, and finding resolutions for software and hardware applications
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing and cross-platform compatibility of user interfaces
  • Educating and training users on functions of software/hardware

Required Skills:

  • 2 years experience supporting SaaS applications for a complex domain, ideally in healthcare
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with current SaaS platform trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to efficiently identify root causes of issues
  • Ability to effectively interact with multiple clients/projects
