Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Recruiter and Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Marketing candidates for open positions and to win new business
- Managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Marketing services to fulfill human capital needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in IT recruiting
- You have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
- Experience in IT recruiting
- Must have a knack for solving problems in ways nobody thought of
- Must have a quiet home office with high speed internet and dual/triple screens
