Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote IT Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and own the full life-cycle recruiting process
- Manage the candidate screening process
- Utilize and identify a mix of online tools, social media and other creative channels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high growth company
- A good understanding of technology concepts technical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
