Job Summary
A workforce solutions company is in need of a Remote IT Risk and Compliance Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting enterprise-wide, ongoing risk analysis in tandem with compliance and security
- Monitoring current and proposed security changes impacting regulatory, privacy and security industry best practice guidance
- Managing IT Assets effectively, including “Critical” classification, hardware, software, applications, contracts, etc
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance, MIS or related field, or equivalent
- At least 8+ years’ experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner
- Strong business acumen and security technology skills for well-rounded proficiency
- At least 2 to 3+ years exposure with various security and risk management frameworks
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, and ability to manage complex local and international security requirements
- Capacity to understand legacy and progressive technology and security controls along with respective risk
