An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote IT Sales Development Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and executing custom sales plays and strategies that drive results
- Evaluating levers to improve SDR productivity
- Developing onboarding, enablement content, cadence, and process for SDR team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in a Sales operations, sales enablement or admin role
- 5+ years working in B2B focused SaaS companies
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Track record in conducting Sales efficiency activities to develop the sales team
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and accomplish goals
- Hands on knowledge of tools like Drift, DemandBase, Outreach, Marketo, etc
