Job Summary

A networking company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Sales Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning technical engagement with customers during the trial phase
  • Delivering product and technical briefings/presentations to potential clients
  • Maintaining accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input, both wins, and losses

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience serving in the capacity of a Technical Sales Engineer in a SaaS environment, or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in two or more of C, Go, JavaScript, and web technologies
  • Able to build and execute an evaluation plan with a customer
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and demonstrated operational experience in the following areas of specialization: Voice, Video, Messaging, and Mobile Communication
