A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Sales Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing
- Working with Finance to ensure all invoices are paid on time
- Assisting with revenue tracking and ad hoc reporting
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years’ of demonstrated customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of billing and contract procedures
- Demonstrated experience using a CRM system
