Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Salesforce Senior Functional Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling administrative functions in Salesforce applications
  • Administering standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
  • Analyzing database issues and troubleshoot problems

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of four years of Salesforce functional experience
  • Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories
  • Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile
  • Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing
  • Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources
  • Must have a BA/BS degree
