Job Summary
A software development company specializing in human capital management solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Program Manager, IT Security & Compliance.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the global Information Security & Compliance team to implement security standards across the organization
- Performing security assessments of IT systems & evaluating against technical controls & operating procedures
- Creating, reviewing & maintaining security & compliance related policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years experience in a technology compliance, audit, or information security function or role
- Exposure to public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience performing security risk assessments or gap assessments
- Experience with FedRAMP, DoD IL4, or with NIST 800-53 control implementations
- Experience developing risk mitigation strategies
