Job Summary

An IT staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Security Engineer I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Configure and implement solutions to resolve low to medium technical and business issues
  • Provide end-user support and work on multiple functions of low to medium complexity
  • Work on one or more projects as part of a Security or Security Risk Management team

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in Windows Office (Work, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with NTFS permissions, inheritance structure, and best practices
  • Basic Active Directory management experience
  • Achievement of a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships
