Job Summary

A custodian and financial broker-dealer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Security Governance Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing Technologies governance strategy, framework, vision and direction
• Implementing, maturing or automated repeatable processing to monitor for security program compliance.
• Building and maintaining a matrix of processes, risk and controls to governance frameworks and regulations

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of direct management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years or more of experience in technology risk or audit related role
• Prior experience with technology-related regulatory requirements and frameworks including FFIEC, COBIT, NIST, ITIL
