Job Summary
A security software company is filling a position for a Remote IT Security Operations Engineering Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary
- Provides coaching/mentoring to the team in a highly collaborative and empathetic environment
- Leads Scrum meetings and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development
- Experience with/exposure to IT Security operations/compliance/vulnerabilities
- Experience owning a program/ portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations
