Job Summary
A holding company for several property and casualty insurance companies has an open position for a Remote IT Security Training Awareness and Outreach Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Having lead responsibility on significant course development projects
- Developing, implementing and managing an Insider Threat Program based on NIST standards
- Serving as a change agent within the organization to drive adoption of new/revised business solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, familiarity with security training tools such as Proofpoint
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks NIST, ISO, MITRE, etc desirable
- Experience in adult learning or other learning disciplines
- Good organization skills and time management skills; ability to be flexible and solve problems
- Experience with multimedia and web design technologies
- Informed on the latest cybersecurity research, trends, and developments in all areas of education
