Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group practice has an open position for a Remote IT Senior Systems Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Conduct operational readiness assessments
  • Provide process documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma and 7 years of IT technical experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM Application suite
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell
  • Experience working in healthcare technology
  • Experience in managing operating systems
