Job Summary
An IT solution company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Service Catalog and Request Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document business cases
- Verbalize, document, communicate and facilitate the identification, handling, status reporting, solution options
- Manage the full lifecycle and continual improvement of the service catalog and service request workflow automation
Qualifications Include:
- Travel 10 % of the time
- Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience
- Ability to review various ticket types
- Ability to evangelize the service catalog and service request management practice areas
- Understand interrelated IT practice areas
