Job Summary

An IT solution company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Service Catalog and Request Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Document business cases
  • Verbalize, document, communicate and facilitate the identification, handling, status reporting, solution options
  • Manage the full lifecycle and continual improvement of the service catalog and service request workflow automation

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10 % of the time
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Ability to review various ticket types
  • Ability to evangelize the service catalog and service request management practice areas
  • Understand interrelated IT practice areas
