Job Summary

A global financial technology company is in need of a Remote IT Service Desk Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working as part of the Service Desk team to deliver IT services support
  • Supporting of all remote access technology
  • Providing exceptional end-user support for our Mac OS and Windows (95/5 split) environment

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 3-5 years experience delivering end-user support services
  • Experience managing desktops, laptops, and networks within an enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting a large user community of mobile users
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, preferably JIRA
  • Previous experience with MDM clients for mobile device configuration
  • Experience setting up and managing video conferences for high-level executives such as Zoom
