Job Summary
A global financial technology company is in need of a Remote IT Service Desk Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working as part of the Service Desk team to deliver IT services support
- Supporting of all remote access technology
- Providing exceptional end-user support for our Mac OS and Windows (95/5 split) environment
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3-5 years experience delivering end-user support services
- Experience managing desktops, laptops, and networks within an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting a large user community of mobile users
- Experience working with ticketing systems, preferably JIRA
- Previous experience with MDM clients for mobile device configuration
- Experience setting up and managing video conferences for high-level executives such as Zoom
