Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote IT Service Desk Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and present status reports for different audiences on a regular schedule
- Train, coach and lead the management team
- Oversee requests, incidents and problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Working knowledge of commonly used software such as O365, Gsuite, Okta
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in supervising or managing and developing an effective team
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
