Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Service Desk Professional in Owings Mills.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming emails/calls
- Troubleshooting basic end user issues on various software applications
- Escalating unresolved problems/issues/requests to the Engineering Support Team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to train onsite in Owings Mills, Maryland
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in required
- CompTIA A+ Certification or Equivalent
- Ability to provide technical support over the phone
- Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office
