Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Service Desk Professional in Owings Mills.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming emails/calls
  • Troubleshooting basic end user issues on various software applications
  • Escalating unresolved problems/issues/requests to the Engineering Support Team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to train onsite in Owings Mills, Maryland
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in required
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or Equivalent
  • Ability to provide technical support over the phone
  • Ability to utilize the applications for Microsoft Office
