Job Summary

A technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote IT Service Desk Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Tier I/II contact and incident resolution to customers
  • Providing remote phone, email and chat troubleshooting support
  • Attempting to resolve as many incidents as possible during the first call

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related technical support and/or systems experience
  • Working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common Windows applications
  • Large Enterprise-level IT experience in supporting multiple Operating Systems
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
