Job Summary
A technology solutions company has a current position open for a Remote IT Service Desk Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Tier I/II contact and incident resolution to customers
- Providing remote phone, email and chat troubleshooting support
- Attempting to resolve as many incidents as possible during the first call
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
- 3+ years of related technical support and/or systems experience
- Working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common Windows applications
- Large Enterprise-level IT experience in supporting multiple Operating Systems
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
