A computer support and services company is filling a position for a Remote IT Service Desk Supervisor in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver innovation and lead their team to new heights
  • Be responsible for the daily team huddles, routing of assignments, and quality control of work performed
  • Champion our core values and work standards to deliver best in class support

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years experience supervising service delivery for an IT MSP
  • 3 years working as a supervisor with emphasis on team building, mentoring and technical skill development
  • Must have experience supervising large teams and established track record of excellence
  • Must have expert-level experience in IT support technologies
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
