A computer support and services company is filling a position for a Remote IT Service Desk Supervisor in Charlotte.

Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years experience supervising service delivery for an IT MSP
- 3 years working as a supervisor with emphasis on team building, mentoring and technical skill development
- Must have experience supervising large teams and established track record of excellence
- Must have expert-level experience in IT support technologies
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
