Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote IT Service Desk Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Assisting with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's computer
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
