Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote IT Service Desk Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Assisting with navigating around application menus, may be required to remote into customer's computer
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network
Position Requirements Include:
- 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
- Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
- Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook
- Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
