Job Summary

A major financial service conglomerate has an open position for a Remote IT Service Management Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate ITIL process activities across multiple functions including operations, engineering, development, QA, project management, audit, and business stakeholders
• Lead or participate in ITIL process, project, or other meetings as required
• Ensure that ITIL processes are properly documented, reviewed and approved to comply with established controls and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology, Service Management, Service Operations
• 2+ years’ utilizing ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• ITIL certification
