A medical device company is filling a position for a Remote IT Service Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing, reporting, and communicating on the global performance of owned processes
  • Developing and maintaining a roadmap that drives implementation
  • Developing and implementing an overall IT Service Management training strategy and plan

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Information Technology
  • 3 years of experience managing an enterprise level 24x7 high-availability environment
  • ITIL V3 expert certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective Information Technology Service Management best practices
  • 5+ years of relevant ITIL service management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
