Job Summary
A startup that solves development, operations, and security challenges is in need of a Remote IT Service Management Manager in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering, designing and implementing IT service management solution
- Managing individual workload and directing work of the team to deliver on committed projects
- Being the escalation point for ITSM related tickets
Qualifications for this position include:
- People management and team building experience
- Demonstrated understanding of ITIL; ITSM methodology
- Proven experience and ability to proactively solve problems
