Job Summary

A public interest solutions organization is in need of a Remote IT Service Management Practitioner in McLean.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing guidance to federal sponsors
• Creating frameworks and artifacts to support Cloud Computing and Service Management capabilities
• Identifying and testing interventions using automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence

Position Requirements Include:

• BS degree and 5 years related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• Software Development or scripting experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, Bash, C, or C++
• Familiarity with Configuration Management such as Ansible/Puppet/Chef
