Job Summary
An aerospace and defense company is filling a position for a Remote IT Service Management Tool Developer in Oklahoma City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Upgrade and maintain ITSM applications on SQL
- Develop and enhance ITSM existing workflows
- Prepare system documentation on revised applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Onsite customer support will be required
- 8 – 10 years of related systems engineering, design and development experience
- 5 years of ITSM tool development experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Required Certification: CompTIA A+, HDI, CCNP
- Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring, administering and optimizing ITSM Platforms
