Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Service Manager.

Must be able to:

• Ensure effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts
• Provide point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings
• Maintain control of bridge conference calls while handling conflicts diplomatically

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must be US citizen
• Must complete background investigation and drug screen
• 2+ years of relevant incident, problem and or change management experience
• Solid understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
