Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Service Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts
- Provide point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings
- Maintain control of bridge conference calls while handling conflicts diplomatically
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be US citizen
- Must complete background investigation and drug screen
- 2+ years of relevant incident, problem and or change management experience
- Solid understanding of ITIL V3 processes and principals
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
