Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote IT Service Support Desk.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing post-sales telephone and various other media technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Answering basic questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products
  • Assisting end users in navigating the Mortgage submission process

Required Skills:

  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Education, training and/or relevant experience
  • Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
