Job Summary
A provider of IT services to customers around the world is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Services Area Manager in Merimack.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively participate in the transitional phase of the engagement lifecycle
- Assume engagement responsibilities from PMO prior to the execution phase
- Process monitoring to ensure continuous improvement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel is required
- ITIL V 3 Foundation (within 6 months)
- General knowledge of incident request systems
