Job Summary
A cloud-based IT services company has a current position open for a Remote IT services Banking and Lending Practice Director.
Must be able to:
- Create trusted advisor relationship with client account leadership
- Lead a collaborative team environment by coaching, mentoring, managing and developing senior team members
- Manage operational metrics for assigned accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years experience in a relationship-based, customer-facing role; minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- 5+ years aligned to the Banking industry, either through consulting or direct employment
- Demonstrated industry acumen, building client relationships, leading client-facing teams and growing account footprint
- Proven success in leading teams with the ability to scale as needed
- Proven ability to engage in difficult conversations with the ability to successfully manage conflict
- Experience in Financial Services industry as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds
