Job Summary
An information technology services provider has a current position open for a Remote IT Services Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing internal tools, systems and processes effectively in order to meet objectives
- Assisting customers and sales team in the selection of computer hardware, software, and services to meet customer needs
- Generating and delivering accurate sales quotes for customers within 24 hours of request
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Comprehensive understanding of Cisco, EMC, and VMware products and services and can position solutions successfully
- Ability to remain up to date on promotions & vendor pricing programs (State/other Contracts, Rebates & Vendor Registration programs)
- Ability to develop active customer relationships from the inside, while adding value to each customer by seeking issue resolution
