Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Services Senior Site Reliability Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, writing, and delivering software automation
  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining high availability of software services for our product running in a multi-region AWS cloud environment
  • Continually improving cloud operations automation and tooling

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering with systems administration experience
  • 5+ years of development/automation experience using object-oriented programming languages, such as Python or Java
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python
  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services
  • Experienced with modern DevOps engineering practices, including the virtualized hardware
