An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote IT Solutions Customer Service Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting customer to submit and process transactions
- Assisting customer with resolving processing issues
- Logging cases, or updating existing case as applicable
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of customer service or public relations experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully adapt and perform during times of high call volume
- Ability to provide effective customer service
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
