An information technology solutions company is seeking a Remote IT Solutions Customer Service Specialist I.

  • Supporting customer to submit and process transactions
  • Assisting customer with resolving processing issues
  • Logging cases, or updating existing case as applicable

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of customer service or public relations experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully adapt and perform during times of high call volume
  • Ability to provide effective customer service
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
