- Providing training plan execution guidance

- Escalating challenges to training account owners

- 2-4 years experience in technology based training coordination and customer service
- Experience in a matrixed, global business environment
- Excellent requirements gathering skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and skilled at using Outlook
