A business services and development company is seeking a Remote IT Solutions Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing training plan execution guidance
  • Overseeing key customer accounts training backlog
  • Escalating challenges to training account owners

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years experience in technology based training coordination and customer service
  • Experience in a matrixed, global business environment
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills and skilled at using Outlook
