Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote IT Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Actively participate in construction project planning, providing detailed requirements for facility IT specifications
  • Schedule and coordinate customer desk-side support
  • Provide technical support for end user devices hardware and peripherals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience supporting variety of IT technologies
  • Minimum of 5 years providing desk-side IT support
  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty
  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
