A staffing company has an open position for a Remote IT Staffing Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Consulting hiring managers in the selection process
• Managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Growing the IT staffing business

Required Skills:

• Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/recruiting
• You have established relationship's with hiring managers
• Experience in IT recruiting
• You have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
• A knack for solving problems in ways nobody thought of
