Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote IT Supply Operations Senior Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Setting long term strategic goals and work with colleagues and the team to achieve those operational goals
- Defining, implementing and revising standard operating processes for the department
- Driving the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals
Qualifications Include:
- Print & mail operations experience
- 10+ years of experience working directly with commercial printers
- Have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15+ years of relevant, operations-oriented work experience
- Experience leading high performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams to execute large, complex initiatives in a rapidly scaling business
- Experience leveraging technology to creatively scale the business and the team
