Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote IT Support Business Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as the day-to-day operations client contact in order to resolve systems issues providing client feedback
• Acting as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams to share updates and communications

Qualifications Include:

• Able to be proficient in SQL Script and Analytics
• Able to be proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Able to display advanced SQL querying skills including the ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries
